I booked this tour through a third-party site, but if I had known the exact company Donald MacNaughton worked for, I would have booked directly with them in a heartbeat! From the moment Donald picked me up at my hotel, he made an incredible impression. He greeted me with a warm, genuine Hawaiian welcome and made the entire day unforgettable. Donald’s passion, personality, and deep knowledge of Hawaiian culture and history truly set this experience apart. He curated a perfect itinerary that felt thoughtful and authentic: Hāpuna Beach: A peaceful, pristine stretch of sand away from the typical crowds. Waipiʻo Valley Lookout: Absolutely awe-inspiring views of towering cliffs, lush green vegetation, and black sand beaches. Sean’s Fruit Stand: A fantastic local stop where we enjoyed delicious fresh fruits and authentic coconut water. Liliʻuokalani Gardens in Hilo: A serene walk through beautiful Japanese-style gardens right along the bay. Hawaiʻi Tropical Bioreserve & Garden: A true highlight! Walking through this living tropical rainforest ecosystem with its incredible variety of flowers, plants, and trees was pure magic—I honestly didn't want to leave. Donald is incredibly engaging, courteous, and down-to-earth. He turned a great day into an extraordinary one. I’m already telling all my friends and family about this experience, and whenever I’m fortunate enough to return to the island, Donald will be my very first call. Easily 5 stars!

My husband & I had 1 day to spend in Phoenix/Scottsdale area. We booked the private all day Upper Antelope Canyon Tour, etc. with pick up & drop off from our hotel in Scottsdale. Brandon Lewis was our guide & he was phenomenal! He was knowledgeable, informative, & a genuinely nice person. My husband & I learned things we didn't expect to learn. Despite the terrible weather (constant rain & fog) – he made the experience enjoyable.

We got off to a late start due to some miscommunication. Our guide was very reliant on using AI for her information about the trip and had some trouble when we lost cell service. That said she was very personable and tried to make sure we had the best experience. She took LOTS of photos!

The tour was great. The pickup location was very close to my apartment. The entire tour was smooth with a lot of quick coffee, restroom and food stops as requested. Our tour guide Tim Ohlsson was very helpful and he showed us a few quick tourist spots along both the ways along with the main attractions at destination. He also showed us some good coffee and food stops along the way and they were really good.

Driver was knowledgeable, friendly, flexible, and easy to work with

Our tour guide, Modi, was great! He shared a lot of info and history as well as taking extra time with us. It’s a long trip from the Kona area but worth it! They picked us up at our hotel and returned us to our hotel for no extra cost! GREAT experience!!

Our group of 4 had a wonderful day touring Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks from Las Vegas. Lotus was our tour guide and he was friendly, easy to talk to, a good driver and knowledgeable about the parks. He navigated us to the best stops in both parks for amazing views and just the right amount of hiking for our group, which included my elderly parents who needed a resting place while my husband and I took a longer hike. It was a long 14-hour day with most of it being in the car getting to and from the parks, but worth it to see such beautiful scenery. Lotus was very accommodating to our wants and needs throughout the day.

I booked the 9 night 10 day tour and it was absolutely life changing for me. My guide Sangay and Ugyen were very informative and taught me a lot about the Bhutanese culture. They were very kind, generous, fun, honest and warm hearted people. I got to see a lot of the beauty in Bhutan in so many ways that it opened up my heart and now has a very special place there. I highly recommend this trip. It is absolutely amazing and magical. What an untouch beauty that I recommend for any type of traveler’s.

It was pricey for 1 person but it was a great adventure!Syed was a knowledgeable,respectful,professional tour guide .At first I wasn’t comfortable being solo but I could tell he was a trusting person! I wouldn’t think twice in recommending him for future travel !
